Living the Easter Life means living generously and being committed to giving rather than taking. Giving is at the core of what it means to follow Jesus. Today we learn not only different ways in which we can give, but the multitude of practical benefits that come from Living Generously!

Sunday School  - ALL BELONG IN CHRIST!

Sunday school begins September 16th.  Pre-registration is open now on Sunday mornings or by calling the church office. 

During the Sunday school hear we meet from 9:45-10:50 weekly. Classes for age 3 through adult! Visitors welcome!

Stop by the Sunday School office behind the Courtyard Fellowship Hall for directions to the correct classroom.  Also pick up information on other programs and events.

Preschool Classes:

3 and 4 year olds meet in a mixed age classroom for an hour of activities including music, Bible story, crafts and games!

Kindergartners
meet together for a fun filled hour that includes Bible stories, music, games, crafts and more! Our curriculum includes a take-home page so that you can review with your child.

Elementary Classes:
1st-5th grade enjoy a large group-small group  Sunday School format. Students are placed in small groups by grade level. Each group has a Shepherd who is an adult or youth leader. The Shepherd spends time getting to know the children accompanies children to the lesson of the day.  Teachers teach an activity based lesson such as art, bible knowledge, game, drama, and even COOKING! Children bring home information so that the family can continue the learning at home.

Together in Faith:
2 Sundays per grade level each year are reserved for Together in Faith (parent/child) classes. Click here for more information on this wonderful series!

Youth (Middle and High School):
6th-12th grade are in self contained classrooms. 6th,  7th graders meet Sunday morning for confirmation lessons.  9th-12th graders meet as a group as well.  Each class has it’s unique style of bible study, fellowship, small group time, and prayer. Teachers of these age levels have a great opportunity to mentor the youth of TODAY! To register, contact Paul Lyda, Director of Youth Ministries, paull@stmatthewluthern.org
